Firefly Integration: Bridge USDC and WETH from 70 Chains to Humanode

Firefly Integration: Bridge USDC and WETH from 70 Chains to Humanode

Firefly has integrated Humanode on its beta version, making it possible to bridge and swap USDC and WETH from more than 70 chains directly into Humanode’s EVM.

This works much like our earlier integration with ChainPort, but now Firefly adds a wider range of chains and tokens to the mix.

For those who haven’t used Firefly before, it’s a cross-chain bridge and swap platform. Its goal is simple: move assets across multiple blockchains seamlessly and swiftly.

TL;DR

  • USDC and WETH can now flow from 70 chains into Humanode.
  • More liquidity comes into the Humanode EVM.
  • Developers and users get another option, alongside ChainPort, for moving assets in and out of Humanode.

How to Bridge to Humanode Using Firefly

The process is straightforward.

Step 1 – Open Firefly and connect your walletGo to Firefly and click Connect Wallet

Step 2 – Pick the source chain and token. Choose the chain you’re sending from (Firefly supports 70 chains). Select USDC or WETH as the token.

Step 3 – Select Humanode as the destination.. Set Humanode as the target chain so your tokens arrive in the Humanode EVM.

Step 4 – Review and confirm.. Check the details: source chain, destination (Humanode), token, amount, and fees. And Bridge

Step 5 – Wait for completion. Bridging usually takes a few seconds. Once done, your wallet on Humanode will show the tokens.

If you’re already using Humanode for DeFi, this gives you more flexibility to bring assets in. If you’re new, bridging via Firefly is a straightforward way to get started with USDC or WETH on Humanode.

And soon, you’ll also be able to move WeHMND across chains with Firefly V2, further expanding interoperability for Humanode.
