Humanode Public Token Offering Wave III is now Live!

We’re off! After a busy Wave I and Wave II, we’re happy to announce that the Humanode Wave III is up and running for the public.

It's been a long road but the greatest challenges still lay ahead of us! We need your support to build the most decentralized network that has ever been created to bring the proper distribution of power to web 3. Are you ready?

Humanode Public Offering is held on Tokensoft, which offers a transparent and fair chance for everyone to purchase the HMND token.

Wave III of the public offering will start today (Tuesday, October 18th) at 14:00 UTC and will continue till November 8th at 14:00 UTC.

The  60,000,000 HMND tokens available for sale are split into three different options with different prices, vesting, and lockup period. More details are discussed below in this article.

All of you who registered and successfully completed the KYC process on Tokensoft are now eligible to participate in the public offering of HMND tokens.

Payment Methods

You’ll be able to use the following tokens/coins for accumulating HMND.

• ETH (ERC-20)
• USDC (ERC-20)
• USDT (ERC-20)

Note that Tokensoft only supports Metamask wallets. The wallet address must be the same one you used for whitelisting otherwise you’ll get an error.

You must have enough funds in your wallet for the payment and ETH gas fee prior to connecting the wallet.

Humanode Purchasing Options

There are three different options of tokens available at $0.1725, $0.15, and $0.13 with varying lockups and vesting schedules. You’ll be able to choose the options you feel most comfortable with according to your preferences.

Option 1

• Price: $0.1725
• # of tokens: 20,000,000
• 100% unlock at TGE (Token Generation Event)
• Min purchase: $100
• Max Purchase: $1500

This option has the highest price with no lockup but each individual is capped at $1500 to ensure a healthy release schedule for the community.

Option 2

• Price: $0.15
• #of tokens: 20,000,000
• 30% unlock at TGE.
• Min purchase: $100
• Max Purchase: $3000

The remaining 70% will be fully locked for 6 months with 3 months cliff after which tokens will be released in equal percentages each month for the next 3 months.

Option 3

• Price: $0.13
• # of tokens: 20,000,000
• 20% unlock at TGE
• Min purchase: $100
• Max Purchase: $4500

The remaining 80% will be locked for 12 months with 6 months cliff after which tokens will be released in equal percentages each month for the next 6 months.

Important Considerations

• Only the addresses whitelisted for Wave I, Wave II, and Wave III, and those who were verified on Tokensoft before 2:00 AM UTC, on the 18th of October can join this event.
• Multiple transactions with different options are OK as long as you don’t exceed the max purchase of $9000 collectively (or opt 1 - $1500, opt 2 - $3000, and opt 3 - $4500 individually).
• There are 3 options you can choose from. You can buy all 3 options as well.
• There were no limits to the waves. All tokens were available for purchase on Wave I and Wave II. Those that remained are now available on Wave III.
• If there are any tokens left after all the waves they will return to the treasury and will be locked for 4 + years.

Token Claim

HMND tokens will be available for the claim at the Token generation event. We’ll release the token claim guide beforehand. Please keep in mind that you should have access to your wallet's private keys for the token claim.
