Humanode Biomapper deployed on Etherlink

As Etherlink brings fast, fair, and (nearly) free EVM to Tezos rails, it’s only natural to add a simple way to ensure the people using your apps are real, unique human beings.
With this deployment, builders on Etherlink can integrate biometric-based Sybil resistance into their dApps and services with just a few lines of code.
For the past several months, Humanode has been rolling out Biomapper, one of our core tools against Sybil attacks, across multiple platforms and chains to help lay a fair, private, secure, and stable foundation for the next wave of dApps and Web3 services.
That approach lines up with what Etherlink set out to deliver.
Etherlink is an EVM-compatible, non-custodial Layer 2 powered by Tezos Smart Rollup technology. It works with existing Ethereum tooling, supports asset transfers to and from other EVM chains, and offers sub-second confirmations and low fees in a permissionless, censorship-resistant environment.
For developers and builders on Etherlink, this means you can human-gate participation so actions come from verified people. You can keep governance, rewards, and incentives free from Sybil exploits, without putting users through cumbersome KYC.
