Humanode Biweekly vol.93
Biomapper C1 is now live on Sei Network & Sonic; Vortex basics; Humanode as a living philosophy; Fireside Returns; The Book of Sora reaches its eighth chapter.
TL;DR
The Humanode ecosystem is evolving at a breakneck pace. With constant upgrades, new integrations, and thought-provoking discussions, let’s dive into what’s been happening.
Biomapper C1 is extending its reach, bringing decentralized, Sybil-resistant biometric verification to more corners of the blockchain world, now expanding to two more networks. Sei Network, an early adopter of Humanode’s BotBasher, now supports Biomapper C1 SDK, enabling dApps to verify unique users with just a few lines of code—no KYC, no data exposure. Furthermore, the Biomapper C1 SDK has just been deployed on Sonic, giving developers the tools to eliminate multi-wallet farming and governance exploits once and for all. More networks, more trust, less friction.
Before these networks, there was Base, Filecoin, and Avalanche, where Biomapper C1 first went live, giving developers the ability to fight back against bots and an influx of fake accounts. Across all of them, the message is clear: Sybil resistance is no longer an afterthought—it’s becoming the foundation of fair and secure decentralized applications.
Meanwhile, the Humanode dev team has been busy fine-tuning the network, optimizing our Substrate framework. Cross-chain Biomapping is now live on all the aforementioned networks, with more to come. Ongoing regular FaceTec improvements ensure our biometric infrastructure remains top-tier; and the mainnet website is undergoing a sleek redesign for an improved user experience.
Beyond the technical, governance is taking center stage with Vortex, where the idea of one person, one node, one vote is finally being realized. In contrast to traditional DAOs, which often suffer from vote-buying and manipulation, Vortex ensures that power belongs to those who contribute and understand the system. If governance is to be truly decentralized, then Sybil resistance is the missing puzzle piece. Read the freshly published Vortex basics.
What does it mean to create a truly decentralized network—one where identity is verified without authority, power flows without hierarchy, and trust emerges without intermediaries? In her latest article, our researcher Sasha Shilina explores the philosophical underpinnings of Humanode, tracing its roots through both classical and contemporary thought. Read here.
On top of that, community discussions are back in full swing. Last Friday, Dato & Victor took the stage for an open conversation about Humanode’s future, answering questions and sharing insights. And for those who remember the Fireside sessions—Humanode’s weekly hangout where the community gathered to talk, ask questions, and share ideas—it’s time to rekindle the flame. No scripts, no formalities, just real conversation. This Wednesday, March 19th, the Fireside returns on Discord. Bring your questions. Bring your takes. Let’s talk.
For those drawn to dystopian sci-fi, the latest chapter of 2067 - The equilibrium continues to unfold. A bomb, a bullet, an electronic signal—Sora and his team rush to rescue a Darkzone under attack, yet no one fully grasps the scale of what’s happening. The Hakone and Gotenba Clusters have been hit, but the biggest question in Sora’s mind is whether he will get there in time. Dive into the latest installment now.
As always, the vision remains unchanged. And with every line of code, every network integration, and every conversation, we’re getting closer to making it a reality. See you in two weeks!

⛓️ Cross-chain Biomapping
🔴Biomapper C1 on Sei Network
The Biomapper c1 SDK is now available on Sei Network. Biomapper allows apps and services to become Sybil-resistant by proving that the user is a unique and living human being through the use of private biometrics, without the user having to give away PII or risk having their biometric identities stolen, misused, or exposed.
Those of you who are familiar with Humanode may remember that Sei was one of the first major adopters of BotBasher for Discord “back in the day”. So, yes, as many of its users are already familiar with the Humanode Bio-authentication process, it was only natural to quickly make the Biomapper SDK available for the Sei Network.
For the builders, it would be helpful to know that, by adding a few lines of code, Biomapper will enable Sybil resistance, which can open a whole new world of possibilities for Web3 services and DeFi.
For those interested in adding Biomapper to your built apps or have brand new ideas for possible services you can build, check out the SDK and the developers guide below!
📙 If you’re building on Sei Network, you can enable Sybil resistance in your dApp with just a few lines of code using Biomapper SDK. Here's a step-by-step integration guide.
⚪Biomapper C1 on Sonic
Meanwhile, the Biomapper c1 SDK has just been deployed on Sonic. Builders and developers on Sonic will be able to provide Sybil resistance to their apps and services with just a few lines of code.
This may seem trivial and not exciting until you realize that your users will not have to jump through hoops or an unnecessary KYC process to verify that they are a real living human being, and that Sybil resistance can bring new possibilities to Web3 services and DeFi.
📙If you're building DeFi, Sonic already gives you the speed & low fees. Now all you need is Sybil resistance to stop multi-wallet farming and governance exploits. With Biomapper, you can ensure 1 human = 1 wallet - without KYC. Just cryptographic proof of uniqueness. Here’s how to integrate it in your dApp.
🔵Biomapper C1 on Base
Previously, Biomapper c1 SDK has been deployed on Base, making its private and secure uniqueness verification available for all of their builder community!
📙 Integrating Humanode Biomapper in Your dApp on Base
🔵 Biomapper C1 on Filecoin
Filecoin developers can now add another layer of trust—ensuring that the users interacting with their dApps are unique human beings without the friction of KYC. Just a simple, private biometric scan, and the system knows it’s dealing with a real person.
📙 How to integrate your dApp with Biomapper on Filecoin
🔺 And don’t forget Avalanche
Before these networks, Biomapper C1 went live on Avalanche, where developers were already integrating private biometric Sybil resistance directly into their dApps.

🏛️Humanode as a Living Philosophy: Redefining Power, Identity, and Trust
What does it mean to create a truly decentralized network—one where identity is verified without authority, power flows without hierarchy, and trust emerges without intermediaries? In her latest article, our researcher Sasha Shilina explores the deeper philosophical underpinnings of Humanode, tracing its roots through both classical and contemporary thought.
At its core, Humanode is more than technology—it is a living philosophy, embodying a vision where equality and self-sovereignty are not aspirations but defaults.
🏭 2067 - the equilibrium
To all dystopian SciFi lovers and readers of 2067 - The Equilibrium, The Book of Sora, the eighth chapter of ten, has been updated!
It is 11:37 AM on September 15th, 2067. A bomb, a bullet, and an electronic signal has shattered the equilibrium. Sora and his team are called to rescue one of the Darkzones that has been attacked. Nobody knows who initiated the attacks, or why. The Hakone Cluster and the Gotenba Cluster which have been attacked do not understand the scale of attack they are facing either. But in Sora’s mind, the biggest question is if he will be able to get there in time.

🗺️ Roadmap
✨ The Road to Humanode ver. 1.0
For four years, we’ve been building toward a vision – a future where decentralization isn’t just about distribution, but about uniqueness and fairness. Where 1 human = 1 node = 1 vote isn’t just a tagline, but the foundation of how governance, finance, and digital identity can work.
We’ve come far. The world’s first operational one-person-one-node blockchain is live. 500K+ real humans bio-authenticated. Humanode EVM launched. Biomapper is on the verge of going cross-chain. But this is just the start.
Now, we’re taking the next leap with Humanode ver. 1.0, laying down the foundation for a truly decentralized, Sybil-resistant future.
The Four Pillars of Humanode ver. 1.0
♦️ SRGate – A universal identity for Web3
♦️ Vortex – The governance body where 1 human = 1 vote
♦️ True Decentralization – Growing from 1,500 to 10,000 nodes on the path to 1 million
♦️ Ecosystem Growth – More devs, more dApps, more adoption
LP Staking
🚀🌱The WBTC/WeHMND biostaking pool
You can pair WBTC with WeHMND, add liquidity, biomap and stake your LP tokens to provide liquidity to the Humanode network and get non-linear rewards.
Here’s what you need to know:
- As always, APR depends on your size: the smaller your share of the liquidity pool, the more % you get.
- You can now pair your WBTC (Wrapped BTC) with WeHMND (Wrapped eHMND) tokens to provide liquidity and stake your LP tokens. There is almost 0 liquidity as of now, keep an eye on the DEX prices.
- The staking period ends in 6 months, and rewards are the same as the WETH/WeHMND pool.
