Vortex Needs You

The Humanode project launched back in early 2020, with a small team of 5 people.  Many years have passed; we have experienced a brief bull run and a long bear market, launched the first cryptobiometric blockchain, we created the foundational tools for a global egalitarian financial system, created tools for safe and secure bioauthentication for Web 2 and Web3 projects, took that further and made the Humanode Biomapper available for numerous blockchains across the ecosystem, created the first cryptobiometric DAO - Vortex that enables “one human = one node = one vote”, recently created the Vortex Court, continue to build our ecosystem, and most of all, continue to establish a community of friends across the globe who believe in what we are building.

As we prepare our next steps forward, the team sat down and looked around.  After this long and cold winter (bear market) that has wiped away hundreds, if not thousands, of projects around the globe, we realized that this may be the perfect time to send out invitations for those who are interested in becoming the founding blocks of the Humanode DAO, putting these tools that we have created to use, participating in Vortex, and govern the future of Humanode together.

      Vortex

1. Humanode is one of the most decentralized blockchains that has ever existed.  As it grows, it will become the absolute No.1.  Why?  Because one unique living human can only launch one node.  Only active nodes can participate in Vortex, the Humanode DAO.  And each and every governor in Vortex has one vote, with equal power to each other, no matter what tier of governor you are.  No “governing tokens”, no “buy-in for power”.  Thus, we will also have the most democratic DAO available.
2. In Vortex, the Humanode DAO, we have the “Formation”, allowing fellow human nodes to invite people, or for people to take part in projects, or to form a team.  Everything is clear and on the blockchain.  
3. If there are issues within the blockchain, or issues with people “cheating” or breaking the rules, there is the “Vortex Court”.  Based on the Humanode Codex, people who break the rules or have malicious intent can be penalized or banned from the system depending on the offence.
4. There are chambers for specific tasks or missions.
5. Initiatives can be started for larger projects or specific goals.
6. The state of the Vortex is crystal clear through Invision.
7. Liquid Democracy is one of the key factors; thus, governors are able to delegate their votes to those they feel are specialists at any time, and are able to withdraw their delegation at any time.
8. You can also freely form factions to gather governors with the same mindset.  There is no limit to how many factions you can join, and you are free to withdraw from factions you do not feel suit you any longer.

    Biomapper

1. A cross-chain private and secure bioauthentication mechanism.  The only information gathered is if the person is a living human, who is alive.  The system checks to see if you are in the system or not.  If not, you are invited to join.  If you are, it will recognize that you are in the system and will not allow you to register a second time.  
2. With the biomapper, it is easy to create one user, one account systems and applications, keeping the app, project, or utility Sybil-resistant.
3. Biomapper is cross-chain and EVM compatible.
4. There are OAuth 2.0 options for Humanode bioauthentication.

     BotBasher for Discord/Telegram 

1. Sybil-resistance tools for Discord/Telegram, allowing spam-bot-free, verified human-only chatrooms.

     The thought process.

What Humanode aims for is to build a global egalitarian financial system.  A financial system that is not dictated by middlemen and the rich and powerful, but by everyone who participates.  We want to create a governance system that keeps voter privacy, offers equal voice and equal chance for all participants.  No matter their race, creed, belief, financial well-being, birth, address, or gender.  We believe that the privacy of biometrics is a human right, not something that the rich can exploit to become richer and gain more control.

Although going global is a big goal, we believe that there are many projects - no matter how small-, localities, small governing bodies, or even school councils that would benefit greatly from having access to secure one human = one vote systems, one user = one account systems, and private and secure bioauthentication.

What we need is for you, along with us, to identify the actual use cases that could benefit from having these tools, even if it is just for a proof-of-concept, and build these tools together. 

How to become a Humanode Governor?

To become a governor, one will first need to launch a human node, and then will need to make a proposal to Vortex.  A proposal that will assist in growth; a proposal that will utilize the tools (such as Biomapper to create Sybil-resistant applications or dApps that will lead to growth); a proposal to create utilities or features that would assist in a better user experience; or perhaps a proposal for dApps or Web3 projects that will utilize the tools available to enable a solution to real-world issues or challenges.  The projects could be big or small.  They could, but do not have to be the biggest project that changes the world we live in.

Utilize the concepts and tools to propose real-life solutions to real-life challenges. 

Once a proposal passes and the user is able to complete the first milestone, the user becomes a Governor of Humanode.

Final words.

We are looking for people who are willing to be part of this endeavor.  No, unfortunately, due to the prolonged bear market, we are not in a position to throw money around.  If you are looking for a quick buck, this call may not be for you at this stage.  If you are looking for a chance to gain experience with the assistance of seasoned professionals to realize your potential, or participate in an effort to bring these tools built to assist the world in need, or use these tools to solve problems that you think these tools can assist with, if you are willing to put in the effort knowing you will be rewarded in the long term, this call is for you.
