Polana Network Integrates BotBasher in its Discord
Growing a Discord community is supposed to feel good. More people, more energy, more conversation. But sometimes growth arrives without the people behind it.
Polana Network ran into a problem that a lot of Discord servers quietly live with.

Now, if you want to accuse someone of being a bot, you first have to prove you’re human through BotBasher verification. No verification, no accusations. And that verification actually matters. Users who refuse to reverify don’t just lose access; they lose their most valuable role, PolanaOG, and risk getting banned entirely.
Accusations also come with real cost. To accuse someone, you need a minimum of 1000 Polana Points, and you stake some of them when you make the claim. If the account turns out to be a bot, you get your stake back plus a reward. If the account is human, you lose those points.
When someone is accused, they get 24 hours to verify as human. If they do, that’s the end of it. If they don’t, the case goes to a Bot Hunter moderator, who looks at the votes and decides whether the ban is legit.
There’s also a simple rule that changes everything: you can’t accuse a Humanode-verified user. Once you’ve proven you’re human by getting the Humanode Verified role, you’re protected.
