The past two weeks have been buzzing with launches, integrations, and something we’re particularly proud of, love letters from chains!
Let’s start with Metis. After a wave of community excitement, we’re happy to announce that Biomapper C1 is now deployed on Andromeda (Metis). That means developers on Metis can finally integrate biometric Sybil resistance into their apps. Now let’s talk about validators. We’re making a key change to validator fee distribution. Starting next cycle, the total reward cap remains the same, but now, it will be equally divided among all validators who hit 84/84 epochs and complete Proof-of-Poll in Discord. That means if you're consistent and committed, you’ll share fairly in the rewards.
You’ve been asking: how can we earn more, contribute more, and help the network grow? The answer: Validator Contributions Campaign. This isn’t just about staking. It’s about what you can do to help Humanode grow, and get rewarded for it. Write guides, build tools, launch campaigns, start projects, drive transactions, whatever you create that helps increase on-chain activity is welcome. The campaign is live now. Submit by July 27 for feedback or by August 1 for final review. Share your proof in the #validator-contributions channel on Discord.
While we’re on the topic of polls: the next Validator Poll is live. If your validator address is linked to your bio-authenticated Discord, just head to #validator-polls and vote. Participation is part of Proof-of-Polls, and it keeps you eligible for full validator rewards. Cast your vote, make your voice heard.

🔧 Upcoming changes to the validator fee distribution
Dear human nodes, as you know, we’ve been experimenting and listening closely to your feedback regarding the validator fee distribution. Today, we’re making another update. One we believe will reward consistency, fairness, and active contribution even more clearly.
Here’s what's changing:
1. Starting the next cycle, the available reward cap stays the same, but all validators who hit a perfect 84/84 epochs and have done Proof-of-Poll in Humanode Discord will now equally share the total capped rewards.
To put it simply: Total Cap / Number of Perfect Validators is your new reward calculation. To see the caps, read the previous update announcement: https://blog.humanode.io/new-rules-for-validator-fees-and-participation/
2. For those who continue to go the extra mile through our Validator contribution program and also achieve 84/84 epochs, your monthly reward remains guaranteed at the full fixed rate of $25. Participating in the proof of poll is compulsory.
This update reflects your feedback and ensures those who put in the effort to keep their nodes up and running share the benefits equally. And those who put in extra effort through the validator contribution initiative are properly recognized.
🛠 Validators Contributions Campaign
Following our experiments on the validator rewards system, and after hearing your feedback on the latest developments, we’re launching a Validator Contributions campaign.
The goal this time is straightforward: contribute to growing on-chain activity, thus transaction activity, and strengthen Humanode utility. If you can show that your work is leading to more on-chain activity and higher overall transaction volume, it’ll be recognized.
Here’s how you can contribute:
1. Pick and perform an activity that impacts the growth of transaction volume on the Humanode network (see examples below).
2. Collect and prepare evidence of your activity (screenshots, links, repos, video proofs, documents)
3. Submit the evidence in the validator-contributions channel in Humanode Discord.
Example contributions:
• Technical guides and articles to help projects build on Humanode
• Events or campaigns that drive real transactions on the network
• Educational or promotional content that brings in new projects or users who are likely to use the Humanode chain
• Tools or scripts that boost transaction throughput
• Data, research, or visualizations that highlight ways to grow network usage
• Interactive initiatives, e.g., an on‑chain “petting zoo” of sample contracts that users can poke to generate real transactions
• Research papers
• Bug reports that materially affect protocol performance
• Collaborative liquidity or incentive programs that increase transaction count
• Innovative marketing that brings new transaction‑heavy users or projects on‑chain
• Any idea you seem fit to increase awareness and bring users or projects to the Humanode chain

📖 2067 – The Equilibrium Final Chapters
Welcome to the first segment of the 10th and final chapter, The Book of Dawn, of the Humanode-inspired dystopian novel “2067”—The Equilibrium—written by the Humanode Media Team lead Shannon Higgins.
Nearly thirty years from the Great Divide, and twenty-some-odd years to the Great Expanse, the world had been in an equilibrium. This delicate equilibrium between the systems of the old and the systems of the new had been shattered, at least in Japan, in the year 2067.
Dawn, a highly intelligent teenager, had no specific goals in life, other than, perhaps, setting up the next round of games that he played and continuing with the project he set up to earn community credits.
But then September 15th happened, changing his life, and that of others, eternally.

LP Staking
🚀🌱 New WeHMND/WETH staking contract went live on June 25, 2025
We have deployed a new biostaking contract (0x2991e54d6b904b5d932b130219C690a98B26696d), which will run for the next 6 months.
If you are staked in the current pool:
* You’ll need to unstake and restake your LP tokens in the latest contract.
* Rewards will start rolling in as soon as you stake in the new contract.
Keep in mind:
* Rewards will stop once the current contract ends.Your LP tokens are safe, but you’ll need to unstake and migrate to the new contract if you want to keep earning.
* No additional rewards will be issued for the previous poll. However, you’ll still be able to claim the rewards you have already earned.
Make sure to move your assets to the new pool to keep earning rewards without interruption.
If you are new to Humanode Biostaking, the new pool is a chance to get started, with APRs ranging between 20% - 200%.
