Humanode Biweekly vol.106

Biomapper C2 goes cross-chain with Wanchain, Soneium × Rubyscore, and XRPL EVM campaigns, HumanodeCon IV turns governance into lived play in Bucharest, Victor Vernissage breaks down programmable democracy on Varn Vlog, and new writings on Sybil resistance and digital selves drop.
TL;DR
Hey everyone,
It’s been a busy couple of weeks in the Humanode universe, and we’ve got a lot to share. Biomapper C2 has started to make its way across chains, bringing Sybil resistance wherever it goes. On Wanchain, it now acts like the quiet guard at every teller window, checking that there’s a real person behind each wallet before the important actions—claims, votes, rewards, and cross-chain flows. The best part? The first thousand wallets that biomap and bridge to Wanchain will have all their fees refunded.
Over on Soneium, Rubyscore has become the very first dApp to integrate Biomapper. When you biomap, bridge, and verify on Rubyscore, your wallet is marked as human and unique, and your reputation points go up. It’s a smooth flow—biomap, bridge, verify—and you end up with an identity that actually reflects real human activity without ever giving away your personal information. The campaign there is open to the first ten thousand wallets, all fees refunded.
And on XRPL EVM, the campaign is live as well. Biomap, bridge, verify, and suddenly you’ve got a uniqueness-verified address you can use across XRPL EVM dApps. For projects, it means a pool of Sybil-resistant wallets to use in governance, airdrops, or anything that requires proof of one human = one account. For users, it means being part of that pool from the start. The first two thousand biomaps are free, with refunds coming on September 30.
Outside of deployments, the conversation around Humanode has been lively. Victor Vernissage joined the Varn Vlog to talk about programmable democracy, social coordination, and why we need parallel systems that don’t default to plutocracy.
HumanodeCon IV in Bucharest was a blast! Picture this: the top floor of the Royal Palace Hotel Galleries, sunlight spilling across marble, and a crowd that wasn’t just there to listen but to play. Instead of another panel where people nod politely, we ran a DAO simulator. Everyone in the room became part of governance, pushing proposals, forming coalitions, vetoing, bargaining, laughing, and sometimes yelling. It was governance with all the rough edges exposed: no slides, no theory, just humans in the loop making decisions together. Watch the recording here.
And while all this has been happening, new writing has emerged too. One explainer breaks down how Sybil attacks really work and why Sybil resistance is essential for the future of the internet. Another essay, “Distributed Selves: Identity in a World of Liveness and Multiplicity,” dives into what it means to be alive in digital systems, how a blink may prove you exist, but whether it can capture the multiplicity of identity is another question.
That’s where we are right now: campaigns rolling out, integrations going live, ideas being tested both in code and in conversation. If you’ve been waiting to biomap, this is the best moment to do it, the fees are covered across Wanchain, Soneium, and XRPL EVM, and the sooner you join, the sooner you carry uniqueness that travels with you across chains. For builders, it means starting with Sybil resistance from day one. For users, it means owning an identity that no farm or bot can fake.
Thanks for being part of this with us. Every chain we touch, every wallet that verifies, every conversation about what it means to be human in digital space, it all adds up to the same vision: real people, real trust, everywhere.
With gratitude, —The Humanode Team
⛓️ Cross-chain Biomapping
Biomapper C2 deployed on Wanchain
If Wanchain is the distributed “bank” for digital assets, Biomapper makes sure there’s a real person at every teller window without handing over an ID.
Add a quick, private check that a wallet belongs to a living, unique human before the actions that matter (claims, votes, rewards, cross-chain flows).
No KYC. No forms. One human = one wallet.
For builders: run inter-ledger flows, credit-like mechanisms, and settlements Sybil-resistant from day one: cleaner metrics, rewards to people (not farms), and trust that travels across chains.
First 1,000 wallets who biomap + bridge to Wanchain get fees refunded (biomap fee, Humanode network fee, bridge/verify gas).

Rubyscore becomes the first dApp on Soneium to use Humanode Biomapper
When you biomap, bridge to Soneium, and verify on Rubyscore, your EVM address is marked as unique and human-verified, and you earn reputation points that increase your Rubyscore in the Soneium ecosystem.
For those who don’t know: Rubyscore is an on-chain identity & reputation platform. Users mint a Rubyscore ID and build reputation with points and badges that reflect wallet activity. Projects use its Proof-of-Human (PoH) ID and analytics to find real users and design reward/privilege systems.
How it works: Biomap → Bridge to Soneium → Verify on Rubyscore.
No PII, no KYC required, just prove you are a real and unique human with a private and secure face scan.
Cherry on top: As part of the ongoing Biomapper C2 release campaign, biomapping is free for the first 10,000 wallets who biomap and bridge to Soneium. Humanode refunds your biomap fee, Humanode network fee, and bridge/verify gas.
So this is your chance to get biomapped for free and use it to verify & earn reputation score on Rubyscore.

XRPL EVM: Uniqueness-verified addresses at scale
Get your EVM wallet address uniqueness verified on XRPL EVM with Humanode Biomapper C2 (no PII, no KYC required).
First 2000 biomaps and bridge on XRPL EVM are free (Humanode refunds fees: biomap, network, bridge).
Biomap → Bridge & Verify on XRPL EVM. You’ll have a uniqueness-verified wallet address you can use on any XRPL EVM dApp that requires a uniqueness check.
For dApps on XRPL EVM, the free biomap campaign means more users will onboard quickly, giving builders an immediate pool of verified, Sybil-resistant wallets to use for airdrops, governance, or any use case that requires uniqueness verification.
1 wallet address per person. The Campaign is live, and the refund will be airdropped on September 30th.

🇷🇴 HumanodeCon 2025
HumanodeCon IV lit up Bucharest. Instead of panels and slides, we turned the room into a DAO simulator. Everyone became a delegate — proposing, bargaining, vetoing, and pushing decisions through. Surprise guests jumped in, hierarchies dissolved, and for a few hours governance wasn’t theory, it was lived. People left talking less about “DAO design” and more about what it actually feels like to be inside collective decision-making.

Sybil Attacks and the Fight for Sybil Resistance – Explained
The internet was built on a simple promise: one person equals one account. One voice, one vote, one reward. But what happens when that promise breaks? When one person shows up wearing a hundred masks and ruins the experience? That’s a Sybil attack.
The fix? Sybil resistance.
We put together a guide that walks through what Sybil attacks are, how they wreck apps and businesses, and why Sybil resistance matters for the future of the internet.

Distributed Selves: Identity in a World of Liveness and Multiplicity
What does it mean to be “alive” in digital systems? A blink may prove existence, but can it capture the plural self?
Sasha Shilina explores liveness, identity, and multiplicity in Distributed Selves: Identity in a World of Liveness and Multiplicity.

🗺️ Roadmap
The Road to Humanode ver. 1.0
For four years, we’ve been building toward a vision – a future where decentralization isn’t just about distribution, but about uniqueness and fairness. Where 1 human = 1 node = 1 vote isn’t just a tagline, but the foundation of how governance, finance, and digital identity can work.
We’ve come far. The world’s first operational one-person-one-node blockchain is live. 500K+ real humans bio-authenticated. Humanode EVM launched. Biomapper is on the verge of going cross-chain. But this is just the start.
Now, we’re taking the next leap with Humanode ver. 1.0, laying down the foundation for a truly decentralized, Sybil-resistant future.
The Four Pillars of Humanode ver. 1.0
♦️ SRGate – A universal identity for Web3
♦️ Vortex – The governance body where 1 human = 1 vote
♦️ True Decentralization – Growing from 1,500 to 10,000 nodes on the path to 1 million
♦️ Ecosystem Growth – More devs, more dApps, more adoption
